The boy wonder from down under has been at it like an addict! Coming through to continue proving that Aussies and funky house music go together like bald guys and internet dating....except they shake more ass. Purveying that funky jackin bounce that we love so much here at Spatula City, d-T3ch has come back strong after his debut hit Meerkat Music which was featured on the Spatula City - Four Piece Set EP Vol. 2. Spatula Knee Pads (if you can imagine what they would look like) pops with a super catchy guitar groove and keep you weak at the knees jiving with the vocal that just latches. Jazzy Cliche is a nicely moving jazz piano jam that takes you back to the dancefloors of then with a Ricky Bradshawesque smooth but groovin vibe. On the flip The Sound Republic boys return with a slap ass funk bassline bomber remix of Meerkat Music. After listening to the bassline in this tune you KNOW these boys know how to slap it!...and the vocal is so good it just makes you want to...what?! awesome!........d-T3ch, its a record, tunes!
